CRAFT IDEAS

Button People

Suitable for ages 4+

A great project to do on a rainy day, or when boredom sets in and the creative mind needs nurturing. Use buttons from your old tin, or purchase new ones if need be. Making Button People is an enjoyable activity to do with young and old. Fine motor skills are challenged and improved. You may want to choose buttons with larger holes to avoid frustration. Younger children should be supervised.

Note: Always supervise children under 3 around buttons - they can be a choking hazard.

Travel Chess Set

One of the world's most popular games, Chess can be played at home or away from home, especially when using this handy travel version. An attractive roll-up board with a pocket to house your pieces, it makes a great gift idea for a loved one. Keep your senses active and your brain exercised with this 2 person game of strategy.

The same board can be used for a game of Draughts/Checkers, with 12 pieces per side.
