A solid, white metal button as a miniature replica of the famous travel knife - if only it had working parts...

Button: 21mm long x 8mm wide; 4mm height; with clear diamantés, shank.
Cufflink: button, with 7mm x 6mm diamanté solitaire as stud button
 
NB: For best longevity, all diamanté buttons should be removed for laundering.
