Plastic Button - vintage Celluloid plastic from 1930s-40s (R734)
Vintage 1930s-40s celluloid coat button. The evolution of cellulose plastics made it the most popular material for colourful buttons at the time.
Deep press-moulded face pattern is navy blue and black.
 
As with all vintage buttons, hand laundering in cold water is preferable.
 
European made.
One size, 48mm diameter; sew through button.
